Four Saturday mornings. No scripts. A surprising amount of laughter.
Four lively workshops for adults who want to play, connect, create and laugh. You’ll explore listening, spontaneity, collaboration, storytelling, and the joyful art of saying “Yes, and.”
Improv gives you permission to put aside the script, quiet your inner critic, and discover what happens when you stop trying to get everything right. Along the way you’ll become a better listener, a more confident communicator and a more generous collaborator.
The real point is simpler than that. You’ll play.
What we work on
Each morning builds on one of the four foundations, with new games, fresh challenges and plenty of room to stretch.
Listening
Catching what your partner actually gave you, instead of planning what you’ll say next.
Agreement
Accepting what you’re given instead of steering it somewhere safer.
“Yes, and”
Building on someone else’s idea rather than replacing it with your own.
Building scenes and worlds
Conjuring a place, a story and the people in it out of nothing. If you’ve built worlds at a table or on the page, this will feel familiar.
Who this is for
- Every level, including none. Whether it’s your first time or your fifteenth year, each morning has something for you.
- You will not be put on the spot. No performing alone, and nobody gets pushed past what feels comfortable.
- You don’t have to be funny. Improv is about paying attention, not about being the funniest person in the room.
- Each workshop stands alone. Come for one, pick the ones that interest you, or join us for all four.
- Come alone or bring someone. Either way you won’t feel like a stranger for long.

Who’s running it
Lea Brovedani
Known internationally as The Trust Navigator, Lea is the author of two books on trust and the recipient of a Lifetime Achievement Award from Trust Across America. She has spent more than a decade on stages around the world, and she brings the same things to an improv room that she brings to a keynote: stories, warmth, and a gift for making people feel safe enough to try something new. She studied and performed with Front Porch Improv for three years.
Tina Dietz
Tina has thirty years of live performance behind her, across musical theatre, improv and stand-up comedy. She’s a vocal leadership expert and the founder of Twin Flames Studios, and she trained as a therapist before any of that, which matters here mostly because it means she knows how to run a room where nobody gets pushed further than they want to go.

You may discover that the most interesting version of you is the one who hasn’t rehearsed.
